How rows are imported
Section titled “How rows are imported”- A supplier with the same name is updated, whatever the capital letters.
Otherwise a new supplier is added. Names must otherwise match exactly:
Acme Cowon’t updateAcme Co., it adds a second supplier. - Only cells with something in them change a supplier. A blank cell never clears what’s already there. If any address column has something in it, the supplier’s whole address is replaced with the one in the file.
- Leave lead time blank to use your default lead time from Settings → Planning.
→ Add your suppliers explains what each field does.
Why a row is skipped
Section titled “Why a row is skipped”Nothing in a skipped row is imported. Each reason says what to fix. Press Download skipped rows for a file of just those rows, with the reason in an Error column, then fix them and import that file. → When rows are skipped
